Praying for Paws is a non-profit dog rescue group that is dedicated to helping homeless dogs in the Henry County, Georgia area. We focus on larger dogs but have a large variety of breeds, such as German Shepherds, Border Collies, Beagles, terriers, hounds, and many beautiful Labrador Retrievers. Our biggest needs are adoptions, foster homes, volunteers, and donations.

Adoption Application

THANK YOU for your interest in adopting a rescued dog! The more details you can provide, the better we will be able to match your needs and preferences with the right dog. All applications will be kept on file for six months. Praying for Paws, Inc. is a nonprofit organization. We believe that every dog has a specific situation and is matched with an owner, which we feel is best suited for both the family and the dog. We are committed to successful placements with happy lifetime outcomes! And always remember, we cannot save the world but just think if everyone would rescue just one.

Our dogs love to sleep on Kuranda Dog beds, but we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price for a another dog to sleep in comfort, please donate a Kuranda dog bed.
